We aim to deliver your jewellery safely and on time.

  • United Kingdom: Standard delivery within 4–14 business days.

  • Europe: Estimated delivery within 5–14 business days.

  • International Orders: Delivery may take 7–21 business days, depending on destination.

Shipping Rates (UK):

  • Orders up to 0.6 lb → £1.99

  • Orders up to 1 lb → £3.99

  • Orders up to 5 lb → £7.99

  • Orders above 5 lb → £12.99

⚠️ Expedited and overnight shipping are currently not available.
All parcels include tracking for your peace of mind.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original packaging with all tags attached

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, jewellery and packaging items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.

All other sales are final. If you receive an item in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and our team will be happy to assist.
